G2 Construction Services is a construction company based in Zone 5, San Juan, Baybay City, Leyte, Philippines, delivering residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects nationwide.
Our approach is deliberately practical. Before work starts we make sure the scope is understood, the site conditions are known and the sequence of work is agreed. During construction, the same people who quoted the job stay involved in running it — so decisions are made by someone who knows the project.

Junia P. Tampipi
Managing Director and Owner
Based in Sweden and deeply connected to her hometown of Baybay City, Leyte, Junia P. Tampipi leads G-2 Construction Services with an international perspective, disciplined financial stewardship, and a clear commitment to creating lasting opportunity in the Philippines.
Her professional foundation began with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) from 2000 to 2003, giving her firsthand exposure to public infrastructure and the discipline required in government operations. Driven by a strong work ethic, she balanced her full-time job with night school, successfully completing her degree in Midwifery—an early reflection of the perseverance that would later define her approach to business.
After moving to Sweden, Junia continued to expand her diverse professional background, completing studies in Assistant Nursing in 2008 and as an Economics Assistant in 2018. Her entrepreneurial drive led her to establish a successful import-export business and her own Asian grocery store, which she independently operated from 2014 until 2024.
In 2024, she made the deliberate decision to close her retail business in Sweden to fully dedicate her focus, resources, and capital to the Philippines. For Junia, establishing G-2 Construction Services is driven by a deeply personal mission: to create sustainable, permanent jobs and provide long-term economic stability for the people in her community.
Today, she directs G-2's strategic vision, financial management, compliance oversight, capital investments, and international partnerships from Sweden, working closely with the company's Philippine operations. Her leadership is grounded in disciplined reinvestment: strengthening the company's workforce, equipment, assets, and capacity before personal reward.

Junia established G-2 Construction Services in Baybay City in November 2024. One month later, the company secured its first government infrastructure project. Through continued reinvestment and expansion, G-2 progressed to a PCAB Category D license upgrade in June 2026 and acquired commercial land intended for its future hub, warehouse and heavy-equipment yard.
For Junia, these milestones represent more than business growth. They advance the purpose at the heart of G-2: building infrastructure, creating stable livelihoods and helping local families move toward a more secure future.
