Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This website is operated by G2 Construction Services, of Zone 5, San Juan, Baybay City, Leyte, Philippines 6521. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to G2 Construction Services.
If you have any question about this policy or about how your information is handled, contact us at g-2constservices.baybay@g-2const.com or on +63 969 537 6602.
2. What information we collect
This website does not store or submit a quotation form. After you actively confirm the required consent statement, you may choose to open Viber or your email app. G2 receives only the information you decide to send through that service. This may include:
- Your name and, if you provide it, your company or organisation
- Your email address and phone number
- Details about your project: type, location, approximate size, budget range and target start date
- The project description you write, and any files you choose to send, such as plans, drawings, site photographs or a project brief
The website's hosting provider may automatically keep routine access logs, such as the requested page, date and time, browser information and IP address. The exact log settings and retention period depend on the hosting account configuration.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, bank details or government identification numbers through this website.
3. Why we use it
We use the information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where you go ahead, to plan, price and deliver construction work for you. Specifically, we use it to:
- Contact you about your enquiry through Viber, email or another method you request
- Understand your project well enough to prepare a meaningful quotation
- Arrange a site visit or consultation where that is useful
- Keep a record of the enquiry and any quotation we issue
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
4. Who we share it with
Your details are received by G2 Construction Services and are not sold. Limited sharing may be necessary to operate the website, prepare your quotation or carry out work you request. That may include:
- Suppliers or specialist subcontractors who need to price part of your project
- Viber, your email provider and our email provider, which process messages and attachments on their systems under their own privacy terms
- Our web hosting provider, which may process routine website access logs
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose information to
5. Files you choose to send
The website does not upload or store files. Any file you attach is sent through Viber or your email service only when you review and send the message in that app. G2 reviews those files as part of preparing your proposal or quotation. Please do not send documents containing information that is not relevant to your construction project.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as they remain useful for the project concerned and for any follow-up work, and then delete them. If you would like your enquiry and any attached files removed sooner, contact us and we will do so, unless we are required to keep them.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not embed third-party social media trackers. If analytics or a mapping service is added in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
8. Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect the information we receive. The hosting account should be kept on HTTPS so website traffic is encrypted. No system or messaging service is completely secure, so please do not send payment card details, bank details or government identification numbers.
9. Your choices
You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, withdraw your consent where applicable, or delete your information subject to legal or contractual requirements. Contact us using the details in section 1 and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you feel your personal data has been misused.
10. Links to other sites
Where this website links to another site — for example a social media page or an online booking service — that site has its own privacy policy, and we are not responsible for how it handles your information.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page. Please check it from time to time.
